What you’ll do:
- Develop and deploy security solutions to protect our IT infrastructure from potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into existing systems.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and assess potential risks.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure a secure computing environment.
- Lead a team that will monitor security alerts and incidents, conducting forensic analysis to understand and respond to security events.Â
- Work closely with IT teams to implement and maintain security controls and measures.
- Provide guidance on security best practices and contribute to the overall security posture.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
- Proactively assess and recommend security enhancements to address evolving cyber threats.
What you must have:
- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer.Â
- In-depth understanding of security architectures and principles.
- Ability to apply security concepts to design and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with NIST and ISO standardsÂ
- Hands-on experience with firewall administration, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Familiarity with encryption technologies and secure network protocols.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are often preferred.
- An advanced English level.
