What you’ll do:

Transform architectural designs into foundation, framing, and roofing plans with precise structural details.
Perform structural analysis to ensure safety, stability, and compliance with permitting requirements.
Work with a local engineer who will review, provide comments, and stamp plans for approval.
Address city comments and engineer feedback to refine and finalize drawings.
Collaborate effectively with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

What you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
3+ years of experience in structural design and calculations.
Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
Proficiency in Revit.
Experience with permit-ready drawings and compliance regulations.
Strong collaboration skills to work with architects and engineers.
An advanced English level.
