What you’ll do:
- Conduct market research using real estate research platforms to identify potential client opportunities (lease expirations, transactions, building loans, etc.).
- Analyze markets and properties to define target client profiles.
- Create and update accounts in Salesforce, ensuring all client profile information is complete.
- Utilize ZoomInfo to build targeted client lists and support marketing campaigns.
- Assign tasks to the internal team to initiate contact with potential clients.
- Maintain and track lists, updating information on agencies and companies in Philadelphia and New York.
What you must have:
- Previous experience in lead generation within the AEC or Real Estate industries.
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify business opportunities.
- Experience working with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM and database platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to navigate multiple software tools.
- Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with US-based clients.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
A great plus:
- Experience working with US clients.
- Familiarity with real estate market research platforms.
