What you’ll do:
- Design and create engaging visual and written content for BetterPros’ social media platforms.
- Schedule posts on LinkedIn and Instagram, maintaining an organized and up-to-date content calendar.
- Edit short-form videos to enhance engagement and reach.
- Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Work proactively, ensuring all content is ready and scheduled without constant follow-up.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.
What you must have:
- Strong graphic design skills, with experience using Canva (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., are a plus).
- Advanced English proficiency for writing LinkedIn content and communicating with a global audience.
- Basic video editing skills for community manager-level content (short-form videos, reels, etc.).
- Experience managing and scheduling content on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Organizational skills and proactivity—you should be able to schedule posts, track tasks, and ensure everything is ready on time.
- A creative and innovative mindset to bring fresh ideas and content formats.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT to optimize content creation.
