We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to work remotely with our client from Pennsylvania. This is a part-time opportunity, and candidates should be available to work with Eastern Time (EST). What you’ll do:
- Plan and coordinate professional seminars hosted in the company’s newly renovated event space.
- Manage the guest list, send invitations, and follow up to ensure attendance.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to prepare their materials for each session.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop event assets, including one-pagers, e-blasts, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee event logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Manage the event calendar and ensure all planning activities are executed on time.
- Identify potential sponsorship opportunities and ensure the right target audience is invited.
- Ensure proper setup for each event, including seating arrangements, screens, and any necessary materials.
- Facilitate pre-event meetings with panelists to align on discussion topics and format.
What you must have:
- A degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- +3 years of proven experience in event coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An advanced English level.
