What you’ll do:

  • Convert and optimize AutoCAD projects into Revit, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead the design and documentation process for both commercial and residential projects.
  • Implement best practices for BIM modeling and documentation.
  • Assist in developing Revit standards and templates to improve team workflows.
  • Leverage your skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering to create impactful design presentations.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working as an architect.
  • Proven expertise in Revit, with hands-on experience transitioning projects from AutoCAD.
  • Strong background in commercial architecture, particularly in restaurant design, with additional experience in residential projects being a plus.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
  • An advanced level of English.
