Description
Are you an experienced architect with a talent for managing teams and reviewing technical drawings? Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to oversee drafting work efficiently? We are seeking a skilled architectural professional to collaborate with our client, based in California. You should be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) for this full-time opportunity. What you’ll do:
- Oversee and manage the work of drafters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with city requirements.
- Review and mark up architectural drawings, providing clear feedback to improve documentation quality.
- Communicate directly with city officials and clients, addressing comments and ensuring project approvals.
- Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration between team members.
- Provide quality control for all construction documents and technical drawings.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Extensive experience leading teams, managing drafters, and reviewing technical drawings.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple aspects of a project.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with city officials and provide feedback to team members.
- Proficiency in Revit is a plus but not required.
- An advanced English level.
