Are you proficient in Quickbooks? Do you have excellent time management skills? We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to work remotely with our client from Georgia. This is a flex opportunity, and candidates should be available to work with Eastern Time (EST). Apply today!

What you’ll do:
- Inputting and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable data.
- Create and review invoices to bill clients, ensuring accuracy before sending them out.
- Process payments, including employee paychecks and vendor checks.
- Balancing and reconciling company checkbooks to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage purchasing for Interior Design projects, including furniture, accessories, and other items.
- Track purchased items, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.
- Billing clients for purchased items and services.
- Interfacing with vendors to ensure smooth processing of orders and payments.
- Communicating with clients to follow up on invoices and project-related billing.
What you must have:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field.
- +3 of proven work experience in the accounting field.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks.Â
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Previous experience working for the US.Â
- Experience in the architectural and interior design industry.
