We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to work remotely with our client, a leading construction company from Florida. They currently manage everything in Excel and are looking for an expert to formalize and transition their financials into QuickBooks.Candidates should be available to work with Eastern Standard Time (EST). What you’ll do:

  • Transition financial records from Excel to QuickBooks.
  • Track incomes and expenses.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports in QuickBooks.
  • Organize and optimize bookkeeping processes.
  • Submit invoices and do follow-ups.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel.
  • An advanced English level.

A great plus:

  • Previous experience working for US clients.
