Do you enjoy challenging yourself with fast-paced projects in the field of construction? We are looking for a Proposal Drafter to manage the preparation and submission of proposals in the construction industry. You will act as the link between the internal technical team and contractors, ensuring that each proposal meets the required specifications and is submitted on time. What you’ll do:
- Read and analyze the documentation provided by the contractor.
- Gather the necessary information and documentation internally with the technical team.
- Draft detailed proposals that align with the contractor’s requirements.
- Submit proposals and follow up until a final decision is made.
- Coordinate responses to inquiries and clarification requests.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of submitted proposals and their status.
What you must have:
- Experience in proposal preparation and management within the construction industry.
- Ability to interpret contractual and technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in document management and proposal tracking tools.
- Advanced English communication skills (speaking and writing)Â
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and find the right contacts to advance bids and proposals.
- A proactive, persistent attitude and a results-driven mindset, with the willingness to “own” your role and align with the company’s mission.
