Our California-based client is on the lookout for a true artist to create high-end architectural renderings and precise 3D models. This part-time opportunity requires availability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

What you’ll do:
- Create high-quality architectural renders that bring designs to life.
- Develop accurate 3D models using Revit.
- Ensure every detail meets the highest standards of precision and realism.
- Adjust models and visualizations based on client feedback.
- Deliver top-tier work within project deadlines.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture.
- +3 years of experience as a 3D artist.
- Proficiency in Revit for modeling—this is a must!
- Experience in rendering with Lumion, 3ds Max, Enscape, or similar.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Previous experience working in the US.
