This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. If you’re determined, organized, and eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to lead pre-construction phases, including budgeting, bid processes, and scheduling.
- Coordinate site visits, technical services, and subconsultant activities.
- Manage client presentations and ensure professional communication.
- Supervise architects on the team and enhance team visibility.
- Use BIM software and bring expertise in wood framing construction.
What you must have:
- Strong background in construction management with pre-construction experience.
- Proven experience working with U.S. construction companies.
- Expertise in wood framing, steel structures, or industrial facilities.
- Excellent organizational and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with BIM software and technical documentation.
- Exposure to the U.S. construction market, including on-site visits, is a plus.
- An advanced English level.
