Are you an experienced Architectural Drafter with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Architectural Drafter to join the team of a fast-growing design firm. The company specializes in new residential construction, remodels, and ADUs. The ideal candidate will be able to produce high-quality architectural drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring they align with the company’s established standards and style. What you’ll do:
- Draft and develop architectural plans in AutoCAD.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and optimize designs.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of residential design.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with established design standards.
- An advanced English level.
