What you’ll do:
- Oversee commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout all phases: SD, DD, CD.
- Act as the bridge between drafters and principals, ensuring seamless communication and project flow.
- Ensure deadlines are met and processes are streamlined.
- Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving to drive projects forward.
What you must have:
- 3+ years of experience as an architect.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Previous experience working in commercial projects.Â
- Understanding of standard workflows, guidelines, and checklists.
- A track record of successfully managing teams and delivering architectural projects on time and within budget.
- An advanced English level.
