What you’ll do:
- Develop schematic design (SD) and construction documents (CD), with a strong focus on CDs.
- Create detailed drawings and integral work plans for clear communication.
- Ensure accurate drafting and detailing for high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring projects to life.
What you must have:
- 10+ years of experience as a drafter or architect.
- Expertise in VectorworksÂ
- Experience with custom residential projects & commercial projectsÂ
- An advanced English level.
- AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
