We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Mechanical Plumbing Engineer with experience in Modeling Plumbing and HVAC systems. What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage high-detail 3D models (LOD 300) of plumbing and HVAC systems using Revit.
- Ensure compliance with Arizona mechanical and plumbing codes.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to optimize designs.
- Produce construction-ready documents with precise system layouts.
- Implement best practices for Revit workflows and coordination.
What you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- +8 years of experience in plumbing and HVAC modeling for construction documents.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and HVAC & plumbing design software.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, LOD 300 modeling, and Arizona mechanical codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English level to collaborate with U.S. teams.
A great plus:
- Experience working on U.S. construction projects.
- Familiarity with UPC and Arizona plumbing codes.
- Previous work optimizing Revit workflows for MEP systems.
