What you’ll do:
- Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
- Oversee VMware infrastructure (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, virtual machines).
- Manage virtualization migrations between VMware, Proxmox, and Hyper-V.
- Configure and maintain Linux servers to support hybrid environments.
- Optimize network and server performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Implement robust security measures (firewalls, IDS, VPN configurations).
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Document configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance solutions.
What you must have:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), VMware (vSphere, ESXi).
- Virtualization migration experience (VMware ⇄ Proxmox, Hyper-V).
- Linux system administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) for mixed environments.
- Proficiency in scripting & automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP) are a plus.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Â Knowledge of network automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Â Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools.
