What you’ll do:

  • Provide daily mentoring—15-minute sync-ups with a junior Project Manager to support decision-making and identify missing information.
  • Gain full project context quickly by collaborating with the CEO, sales team, and other key stakeholders.
  • Help balance short-term priorities with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment by communicating effectively with sales, leadership, and technical teams.
  • Identify challenges, propose solutions, and direct issues to the right people.
  • Monitor multiple projects, track progress, estimate deadlines, and address potential blockers.

What you must have:

  • Strong experience in product and project management, preferably in technology, IoT, or software industries.
  • Experience in IoT sensors and IoT platforms for their management (this is a MUST).
  • Excellent communication skills—listening actively, asking the right questions, and providing clear guidance.
  • Decisive mindset—knowing when to recommend solutions and when to seek more information.
  • An advanced English level.
