Our yearly event

While we are big fans of remote work and put huge effort into making everyone feel part of our internal team, we have addressed the need for in-person meetings to strengthen professional relationships, create a sense of identity, and literally hug after months (in some cases years!) of only seeing each other through a screen.

That’s how #BetterHug came to life: as a team-building initiative, a way to share surprises and, of course, lots of fun. And how? By eating the most delicious food, participating in team activities (we aced the Lego challenge!), and throwing a great party with Great Gatsby as the main theme.

It was also the perfect opportunity for us to share the year’s successes, brainstorm mind-blowing ideas, and set new goals for the year ahead. At BetterPros, communication is key. #BetterHug is the way we found to create strong bonds, understand everyone’s needs at work and… just dance!
