Because that is what we heard! #BetterNight is an experience designed for BPs to reunite with colleagues and welcome new professionals. 

#BetterNight was created in 2023 and has arrived to stay. By picking one theme a year (including a dress code and a special challenge), it has become one of the most unique nights of the year, in which we not only dance the night away and have delicious food but also take a moment to recognize talents with outstanding performances over the past year. 

Happening simultaneously in four different cities at specially-selected venues, #BetterNight is the chance we created to feel closer, meet the #BetterFam and celebrate everything we achieved with awards and screams of joy. Sounds awesome, doesn’t it? Figure yourself there next year!
