What you’ll do:
- Complete and submit compliance documentation, including safety requirements, training, and LCP tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and coordinate project-specific requirements with authorities and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Follow up with contractors on past bids, presenting product offerings and building strong client relationships.
- Organize schedules for meetings, team assignments, and on-site work while maintaining a clear timeline for projects.
- Manage CRM tools and oversee conversations with clients, ensuring seamless communication and task tracking
What you must have:
- Proven experience in compliance management within the U.S., handling government or construction-related requirements.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, FCA badges, and documentation for government or city hall projects.
- Strong organizational skills to manage reports, schedules, and client interactions effectively.
- Sales experience, particularly in contractor follow-ups and CRM system management.
- Exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- An advanced English level.
