What you’ll do:
- Manage invoicing and accounts payable in QuickBooks Online.
- Process payments to foreign suppliers and real estate companies.
- Handle check requests and ensure timely disbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Organize and optimize bookkeeping processes for efficiency.
What you must have:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A great plus:
- Previous experience working with real estate companies.
- Experience managing international supplier payments.
