We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations, Guest Services & Concierge Manager who’s passionate about sales and hospitality. We are on the lookout for a passionate sales and hospitality expert to join one of our clients, a renowned vacation rental & real estate company based in the Bahamas. This person will lead the sales department and must be highly client-oriented, but above all, a true closer, someone who thrives on converting inquiries into bookings and creating meaningful guest experiences. What you will do

  • Respond promptly to rental inquiries via email and phone, providing relevant information to convert leads into bookings.
  • Manage and close sales of vacation rental stays and concierge experiences.
  • Deliver pre-booking, booking, and post-booking guest support.
  • Upsell and coordinate concierge services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Organize and ensure flawless execution of concierge services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, suppliers, and guests.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads (email campaigns, partnerships, etc.).
  • Update calendars and manage availability on Lodgify as per homeowner requests.
  • Communicate booking details and status updates to relevant internal teams (e.g., accounting, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Reach out to guests before arrival and during their stay to provide assistance and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle guest concerns and coordinate resolutions with the property manager for managed homes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and seek new sales channels or growth initiatives.

What you'll need to know

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism industries preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, reservations, or guest services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Lodgify is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work flexible hours to respond to inquiries and guest needs in real time.
  • A natural closer: persuasive, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.
