We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to work remotely with our client, a leading construction company from California. This is a Part Time opportunity, and candidates should be available to work with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Apply today!

What you’ll do:
- Calculate and prepare pricing for cabinets based on project layouts.
- Manage and update financial data in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify project details and ensure pricing aligns with client requirements.
- Maintain organized records of pricing and project documentation for easy reference.
What you must have:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to project-based pricing or similar tasks.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and financial information.
- Ability to quickly learn and use new software or tools related to pricing and project management.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and clients.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Proficiency in Salesforce & LookerStudio.
