You’ll be responsible for leading a team of drafters to ensure every phase of the project runs smoothly. We’re looking for an authentic leader to join our US-based client’s team as a BIM Architect.

What you’ll do
- Autonomously develop a project throughout all phases: SD, DD, CD.
- Guarantee completion of the production plan according to the deadlines defined for each project stage.
- Understand and interpret USA building codes accurately for correct use.
What you must have:
- An established team of drafters to work with ready to hit the ground running.
- +10 years of experience as an architect.
- +3 years of experience as a project manager or coordinator.
- US experience.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Hands-on experience working with BIM.
- Hands-on experience working with wood framing construction.
- An advanced English level.
