You’ll be responsible for leading a team of drafters to ensure every phase of the project runs smoothly. We’re looking for an authentic leader to join our US-based client’s team as a BIM Architect.

What you will do

Autonomously develop a project throughout all phases: SD, DD, CD.
Guarantee completion of the production plan according to the deadlines defined for each project stage.
Understand and interpret the USA building codes accurately for correct use.

What you'll need to know

An established team of drafters to work with, ready to hit the ground running.
+10 years of experience as an architect.
+3 years of experience as a project manager or coordinator.
US experience.
Proficiency in Revit.
Hands-on experience working with BIM.
Hands-on experience working with wood framing construction.
An advanced English level.
