We are looking for a Semi Senior architect to collaborate remotely with our client, a dynamic architectural firm based in Texas. What you’ll do:

  • Perform Revit modeling for high end residential projects. From SC/CD to permit set creation. 
  • Produce 3D renderings using 3D Max.
  • Manage projects using BIM 360.

What you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an architect.
  • Previous experience working for the US.
  • Proficiency in Revit, 3D Max and BIM 360. 
  • Basic proficiency in Bluebeam for file exchange and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. 
  • An advanced English level.

A great plus:

  • Proficiency in handling parametric families.
