What you’ll do:
- Perform Revit modeling for high end residential projects. From SC/CD to permit set creation.
- Produce 3D renderings using 3D Max.
- Manage projects using BIM 360.
What you must have:
- 3+ years of experience as an architect.
- Previous experience working for the US.
- Proficiency in Revit, 3D Max and BIM 360.
- Basic proficiency in Bluebeam for file exchange and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Proficiency in handling parametric families.
