We’re looking for a Project Manager Architect and a skilled Production Team to join our client in California. This is a full-time opportunity aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST). What you will do

Project Manager Architect

  • Act as the main point of communication with the client, consultants, and internal team members.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and best practices for a smooth transition into remote collaboration, leveraging past experience with U.S. clients.
  • Lead coordination efforts, clarify responsibilities, and proactively address risks or challenges.

Production Team

  •  Semi Senior Drafters: Develop construction documents with accuracy and consistency. One team member will be partially dedicated to Quality Check, supporting the Project Manager with markups and QA reviews.
  • Senior BIM Consultant / Specialist: Lead the transition to Revit, including BEP development, model setup, audits, structure, and process monitoring (folders, access, standards). Contribute expertise in structural modeling to enhance accuracy and performance.

What you'll need to know

  • A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with U.S. clients (mandatory for the Project Manager role).
  • Proven track record leading or collaborating within architectural production teams.
  • Strong skills in Revit, MEP, and BIM workflows.
  • Experience in structural modeling (required for the BIM Consultant).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

A great plus

  • Experience in Construction Administration (CA) is a plus.
