We’re looking for a Semi Senior Mechanical Engineer to collaborate remotely with a Mississippi-based firm delivering mechanical solutions for commercial, mixed-use, educational, office, healthcare, and industrial projects. What you will do

Design HVAC and plumbing systems for a wide range of building projects.
Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
Produce construction documents using Revit.
Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure integrated solutions.
Respond to RFIs, submittals, and construction-phase questions.
Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
Support projects from design development through construction completion.
Contribute to technical discussions to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4+ years of experience designing building systems (HVAC and plumbing).
Strong proficiency in Revit (required) and AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, and applicable building codes.
Experience across commercial, educational, office, healthcare, or industrial projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Advanced English level.
Proactive mindset, accountability, and the ability to manage responsibilities with autonomy.
