Are you a Revit-driven architect with strong BIM coordination experience and a solid background in residential projects? Our California-based client is looking for a mid-level Revit BIM Architect to support several projects that are restarting, with involvement across SD, DD, and CD phases and a strong focus on permit and construction documentation.This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity, and you must be available to work in Pacific Time (PT). What you will do

  • Support architectural projects across Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
  • Develop comprehensive plan sets including floor plans, sections, and elevations during SD and DD phases.
  • Prepare detailed CD sets for permit submission to local authorities in California.
  • Produce Construction Document packages to present to general contractors.
  • Contribute to project detailing and technical development.
  • Take ownership of Revit models and support BIM coordination workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with California residential standards.
  • Work primarily on single-family residential projects, with potential exposure to multifamily developments.

What you'll need to know

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in architectural production (mid-level).
  • Advanced English level.
  • Very strong proficiency in Revit (required).
  • Experience with BIM coordination workflows.
  • Proven experience developing permit packages for local authorities.
  • Experience producing full CD sets for general contractors.
  • Solid background working on single-family residential projects in California.
  • Experience contributing to project detailing.
  • Potential experience working on multifamily residential projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation across SD, DD, and CD phases.
  • Ability to work independently in a full-time remote role aligned with Pacific Time (PT).
