What you will do

  • Develop structural drawings and documentation for supporting structures and foundations based on technical parameters, criteria, and sketches provided by the engineer.
  • Model and detail structural elements such as supports, connections, plates, anchors, and associated components.
  • Prepare drawing deliverables, layouts, and construction details with strong consistency and well-organized sheets.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and electrical & controls disciplines to ensure spatial compatibility and clash-free designs.
  • Apply constructability principles, organization standards, and client drafting standards to all deliverables.
  • Iterate with the engineering team based on feedback, refining drawings until the required quality standard is achieved.
  • Maintain document control, version tracking, and overall drawing accuracy throughout revisions.
  • Work primarily in AutoCAD to produce high-quality technical documentation.

What you'll need to know

  • +5 years of experience as a Structural Designer.
  • Proven experience in large-scale structures, industrial facilities, infrastructure, or projects involving complex loads and support systems.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical instructions and convert them into clear, complete, and accurate drawings.
  • Practical knowledge of detailing structural supports and foundations, including associated documentation.
  • Solid technical judgment and strong attention to detail.

A great plus

  • Previous experience in heavy industry environments such as mining, refineries, power generation plants, manufacturing facilities, or similar industrial settings.
  • Familiarity with repetitive support typologies with site-specific variations and requirements.
  • Interest in long-term collaboration and the ability to integrate smoothly into an established team.
