What you will do

  • Research and identify potential companies that may require industrial warehouse or logistics space.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, A-Leads, CoStar, or similar databases.
  • Conduct cold outreach through phone calls and email campaigns to introduce build-to-suit industrial development services.
  • Qualify potential prospects and secure meetings with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track outreach activity, responses, and pipeline progress.
  • Follow structured outreach sequences, including email follow-ups and call attempts over time.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the company founder.
  • Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, lead quality, and meeting generation metrics.

What you'll need to know

  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cold outreach environments.
  • Ability to research companies and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to schedule and secure qualified meetings with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

A great plus

  • Experience working with industrial real estate, logistics, or warehouse-related industries.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Apollo, A-Leads, or CoStar.
  • Knowledge of build-to-suit development or commercial real estate markets.
