Are you a fast, detail-oriented 3D Artist who enjoys creating compelling visualizations and delivering high-quality renders for commercial projects? We’re looking for a Semi Senior 3D Artist to support a California-based client working primarily on commercial developments. This is a part-time position with collaboration aligned to Pacific Time (PT).

What you will do

Produce quick renderings during early project stages (SD and DD phases).
Develop exterior renderings for commercial projects during schematic design stages.
Create interior renderings during construction document (CD) phases.
Deliver both quick conceptual renders and more refined, presentation-ready visuals.
Work primarily on commercial projects, generating both interior and exterior visualizations.
Use Revit models to develop and prepare scenes for rendering.
Generate renderings using Enscape based on project requirements.
Apply lighting, materials, and textures to achieve realistic and visually compelling results.
Interpret design intent and translate it into clear, accurate visualizations.
Quickly implement feedback, updates, and revisions while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Support the creation of visual content for presentations when needed.

What you'll need to know

3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or Renderer (Semi Senior profile).
Experience working on commercial projects.
Advanced English level with strong communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Experience using Enscape for rendering workflows.
Ability to produce quick renders efficiently for both interior and exterior scenes.
Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition for architectural visualization.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.
Strong attention to detail and visual quality.

A great plus

Experience using Photoshop for post-production and visual enhancements.
Experience producing both quick renders and presentation-quality images.
Familiarity with fast-paced workflows for commercial project visualization.
