We’re looking for a Senior Project Team Leader to lead a wide variety of projects based in Florida.
This is a full-time remote opportunity, ideal for a senior professional with strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and the confidence to own project delivery from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate project teams across multifamily residential and commercial building projects, including condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial typologies.
  • Lead project management for the drafting workstream.
  • Oversee 3D modeling and CD set production across all design phases.
  • Lead the preparation of permit sets for submission to local authorities and CD packages for General Contractors during the CD phase.
  • Review and pick up redlines across SD and CD phases, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, escalating when needed and proposing solutions.
  • Coordinate the design, engineering, and construction teams to track progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Maintain clear and structured project records and reporting using standard tools and workflows.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the team, ensuring communication flows clearly between stakeholders.
  • Create QA/QC workflows to ensure project quality and constant improvement in deliverables.
  • Ensure team´s productivity and quick ramp-up to meet fast-paced deadlines.

What you'll need to know

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, team leadership, or coordination roles.
  • Proven track record leading projects across multiple building typologies: multifamily residential, condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Hands-on experience with concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.
  • Strong project management, task management, and team leadership skills.
  • Solid risk management capabilities and the ability to anticipate issues before they escalate.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines effectively.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes and full project lifecycle (SD through CD).
  • Ability to work remotely and lead distributed teams clearly and effectively.
