Are you a strategic and proactive marketing professional who thrives managing multiple brands, owning a calendar, and being the person that makes things happen? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join one of our clients based in the Bahamas, working directly alongside their Marketing Manager across a portfolio of six companies.
This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone who goes beyond executing tasks — you understand the business, anticipate what’s needed, and step up to represent the department when the manager isn’t in the room.

What you will do

Support the Marketing Manager in strategic meetings and own the follow-through on every agreed action point.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies across six different companies.
Write clear, creative copy for social media, campaigns, and brand communications.
Build and manage the monthly content calendar, coordinating directly with the design team.
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
Track results, analyze performance metrics, and present reports with actionable recommendations.
Research competitors and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
Identify needs before they’re flagged and propose solutions without waiting to be told.

What you'll need to know

Solid knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing strategy.
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager.
Clear, creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across brands.
Advanced English, written and spoken.
Strategic mindset paired with a strong bias for execution.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
Full ownership mentality.
Commitment to a full-time engagement; this role requires dedicated, consistent availability.
Portfolio that includes links and real examples of social media accounts you’ve managed, with context on growth metrics and campaign results (e.g., follower growth, reach, engagement achieved through specific initiatives).
Experience working with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.

A great plus

Meta Ads Manager proficiency.
Adobe Photoshop
WordPress or Wix
Project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or similar
