We’re looking for a Community Manager to collaborate remotely with one of our Florida-based clients. This is a flexible, remote opportunity for professionals who can work aligned with the client’s schedule.

What you will do

Plan, organize, and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic flow of content across all social media platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
Create high-quality, engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Take initial concepts and elevate them into polished, creative, and impactful content that reflects the brand’s voice.
Write compelling copy tailored to each platform and target audience.
Stay on top of social media trends, emerging formats, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate closely with the client while working independently to move projects forward with minimal oversight.
Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and overall brand presence across all digital platforms.

What you'll need to know

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Content Manager, or in a similar role.
Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms, especially YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to produce high-quality content.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform features, and content best practices.
A proactive, resourceful, and highly organized approach, with the ability to work independently and without micromanagement.
The ability to take ideas, improve them, and turn them into engaging content that delivers results.
Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
