Are you a fast, detail-oriented 3D artist who thrives on producing highly realistic renderings and enjoys bringing landscape visualizations to life?

We’re looking for a High-End 3D Visualization specialist to support a California-based client in a flexible role. This is a full-time position with availability aligned with Pacific Time (PT).

What you will do

Produce high-quality, highly realistic renderings to meet growing client demand for premium visualizations.
Create realistic landscape visualizations using architectural Revit models combined with Photoshop.
Model and render landscape vegetation accurately, applying specialized knowledge to achieve realistic results.
Support Construction Document (CD) set development with high-quality renderings.
Serve as the team’s dedicated rendering resource across active projects.
Deliver interior and exterior renderings with varying levels of detail, from quick studies to premium visuals.
Maintain speed, accuracy, and visual quality while meeting tight deadlines.

What you'll need to know

Proven experience as a 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or similar role.
Advanced English level.
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Revit, and AutoCAD.
Solid experience producing highly realistic, high-quality renders.
Demonstrated ability to create realistic landscape visualizations, including accurate landscape vegetation.
Experience working on landscape projects.
Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
Ability to move quickly through reviews, updates, and revisions.
Availability to start immediately and work full time for the duration of the engagement.
