We’re looking for a Senior Revit Designer to collaborate remotely with our client, a Texas-based design firm specializing in hotel projects. What you will do

Support the design and documentation process across all project phases, from Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) to Construction Documents (CD), within a hospitality context.
Develop 3D models in Revit during the SD and DD phases.
Produce SD and DD drawing sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.
Develop complete construction documents for general contractors.
Pick up redlines throughout all project phases, ensuring drawings stay accurate and up to date.
Design and document technical and mechanical rooms as part of hotel projects.
Learn and work with our client’s internal systems, with training provided.

What you'll need to know

Senior-level design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Advanced English level.
Proven experience working on hospitality projects, especially hotels.
Experience designing technical or mechanical rooms (preferred).
Strong knowledge of SD, DD, and CD documentation standards.
The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
