#BetterNight 2023: Bringing Our Entire Team Together in Four Different Cities

Did someone say mid-year PARTY? Because that is what we heard! #BetterNight 2023 was an experience designed for BPs to reunite with colleagues of the #BetterPros Community and welcome new professionals.

Feeling close to your team is not just any task while working remotely. While efficiency has never been a problem for achieving amazing results, building a sense of belonging and celebrating our everyday achievements is a challenge we work for at BetterPros all the time.

#BetterNight was created in 2023 and has arrived to stay. By picking one theme a year (including a dress code and a special challenge), it has become one of the most unique nights on our agenda, in which we not only dance the night away and have delicious food but also take a moment to recognize talents with outstanding performances over the past year.

Connecting Four Different Cities Through Wonderful Venues

Happening simultaneously in four different cities at specially-selected venues, #BetterNight was the chance we created to feel closer, meet the #BetterFam and celebrate everything we achieved with awards and screams of joy. Sounds awesome, doesn’t it? Figure yourself there next year!

In 2022, we experienced the joy of trading our laptops for real-life hugs during our memorable #BetterDay event. Building on that success, we continued the tradition, hosting an even bigger celebration called #BetterNight. This luxury-filled 1920s gala brought together our team members from four select locations, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, and Córdoba, totaling over 140 guests. BetterNight was an unforgettable night of rekindling friendships and reveling in the spirit of BetterPros.

Our Secret Weapons: Elegance and Glamour

#BetterNight 2023 was more than just a party; it celebrated our unity and collective achievements. The luxurious 1920s theme added an element of sophistication and excitement to the affair, as everyone arrived dressed in their finest attire, ready to step back in time to an era of elegance and glamour.

As the night began, guests were treated to first-rate food and an array of delicious cocktails, setting the stage for an evening of enjoyment. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and cheer, as team members shared their successes from the past year and set ambitious goals for the future. BetterNight became a platform for fostering new connections and reinforcing the spirit of collaboration that defines our BetterPros family.

ProsAwards: Celebrating the BetterPros Spirit

The effort of every team member is what makes BetterPros exist. That is why we created #ProsAwards, an opportunity to recognize some of our professionals in three categories:

#BetterEngagement awarded professionals who are always one step ahead when it comes to creating #BetterProsCulture with their actions: participation, commitment and flexibility are some of the elements that were prioritized in this category.
#BetterFeedback was dedicated to professionals who were recognized for having the best client feedback (this took some thorough research!) We would be nothing without our clients, and that is the reason why we constantly create spaces to make sure we are providing excellence and high performance.
#BetterEnglish, at last, was the category that awarded all those professionals who appreciate and seize our English training program. Despite every member of BetterPros being fully bilingual, there is always room for improvement and learning more about the industry we work for.

BetterNight served as a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together when we come together as a team. Our collective ambition knows no bounds, and we’re ready for whatever the future may bring.
