What you will do

  • Develop projects end-to-end (SD, DD, CD).
  • Craft integral work plans that help everyone communicate clearly.
  • Consult building codes and use them appropriately.

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture.
  • Fluent Revit proficiency, specifically in creating Level 300 BIM models.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Construction Document (CD) sets for architectural residential design.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Drive, Chat, Meet, and general file management.
  • Familiarity with PDF, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other standard industry programs.
  • Fluency in English.

A great plus

  • Knowledge of Los Angeles drawing and permitting standards, including corrections and clearances (preferred).
