We are looking for a Semi Senior Accountant to support one of our clients in New York. For this Full Time position, you should be available to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply today!

What you will do

Record vendor invoices and journal entries in the system.
Prepare payment proposals and execute payments.
Create sales orders and manage their fulfillment.
Generate client invoices and register payments.
Record inventory movements in the system.
Create and manage build assemblies.
Perform accurate inventory reconciliations.

What you'll need to know

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Proactive profile, able to work independently and remotely.
Advanced English level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A great plus

Experience coordinating with external partners/warehouses.
Knowledge of NetSuite.
