Are you a seasoned drafter with experience working on commercial CD sets and thrive when trusted with autonomy and responsibility? We’re looking for a Full-Time Senior Drafter to collaborate with one of our clients in Colorado. This Full Time remote role is ideal for someone who can both produce high-quality construction documents and contribute to the design and due diligence process. What you will do

Create, refine, and manage detailed Construction Document (CD) sets for commercial projects.
Independently handle design work from concept through documentation, working efficiently within the firm’s established CAD systems and templates.
Conduct research and support due diligence related to local building codes, zoning regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Contribute beyond pure production work by supporting early-stage project needs, including feasibility and regulatory research.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals, quality standards, and documentation requirements are met.
Utilize AutoCAD efficiently as a primary design and documentation tool.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
5+ years of experience in architectural drafting and design, with solid commercial project experience.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to work independently, manage your own design tasks, and deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Proven experience working within established company CAD standards, systems, and templates.
Strong English communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

A great plus

Familiarity with Revit.
Experience in educational or daycare projects
Experience working on projects located in Colorado or with similar local regulatory environments.
