About this job:

Are you a seasoned drafter with experience working on commercial CD sets and thrive when trusted with autonomy and responsibility? We’re looking for a Part-Time Senior Drafter to collaborate with one of our clients in Colorado. This Part Time remote role is ideal for someone who can both produce high-quality construction documents and contribute to the design and due diligence process. What you will do:

Create and refine detailed construction document (CD) sets.
Conduct research and support due diligence related to local building requirements.
Handle design work independently within the firm’s established systems and templates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with project goals and documentation standards.
Utilize AutoCAD efficiently

What you'll need to know:

A degree in Architecture or a related field.
5 + years of experience in drafting and design, with commercial project experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience in commercial projects
Ability to work independently and efficiently within established CAD standards.
Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.

A great plus:

Familiarity with Revit is beneficial.
Experience in educational or daycare projects is a plus.
Experience with projects in Colorado
