What you will do:

Update and maintain the Revit template aligned with the latest industry standards.
Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) in compliance with ISO and other international standards.
Ensure drawing sets and models are GC-friendly and meet local expectations.
Support teams in Revit, including advanced 3D modeling and complex family creation.
Configure projects, manage permissions, and coordinate with external consultants.
Oversee project data organization, archiving, and backups.
Guide the team to achieve Revit competencies and certifications.
Stay updated on new versions of Revit and BIM technologies (including AI) and share knowledge across the team.
Update standards and templates with each new Revit release.
Ensure the firm remains competitive and aligned with best BIM practices in the long term.

What you'll need to know:

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Specialist, or in a similar role.
Expert-level proficiency in Revit (families, complex modeling, and production workflows).
Strong knowledge of BEPs, ISO standards, and GC coordination requirements.
Experience training teams and creating educational resources.
Ability to balance management responsibilities with hands-on production tasks.
Excellent communication skills and experience working remotely with international teams.

A great plus:

Experience working with U.S. firms, especially in commercial, hospitality, or multifamily projects.
Familiarity with BIM 360 and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Interest or knowledge in how AI is shaping BIM workflows.
