We’re looking for a Semi-Senior Architectural Revit Drafter to collaborate remotely with our client, a sole proprietor architect based in California. This is a full-time role, and you’ll need to be available on Pacific Standard Time (PST), Apply today!

What you will do

  • Take over Revit models developed up to SD level and produce complete Construction Document (CD) sets.
  • Complete detailed documentation for single-family residential projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and project standards throughout the documentation process.
  • Collaborate closely with the client vía Microsoft Teams and email to align on project goals, milestones, and delivery timelines

What you'll need to know

  • A degree in Architecture
  • Proven experience in single-family residential design and construction documentation.
  • Ability to develop complete CD sets from provided SD models and sample projects.
  • Strong understanding of building codes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • Advanced English level.
