If you’ve got strong experience developing spec homes and commercial buildings. This is a Full-Time opportunity that requires availability to work in Central Time (CT), Apply Now!

What you will do:

Contribute to the full architectural process, with a strong focus on the CD phase.
Develop detailed, accurate Revit documentation for commercial projects.
Support ground-up building projects from concept through construction.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure code-compliant, coordinated deliverables.
Apply your knowledge of Texas codes and local standards to produce top-quality documentation.

What you'll need to know:

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
5 years of experience in commercial architectural design and documentation.
Solid experience in ground-up commercial projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit .
Strong understanding of U.S. building codes;
Advanced English skills.

A great plus:

Experience with Texas projects is highly valued.
Have experience working on mid-rise or multi-unit buildings.
