We’re looking for a talented Semi Senior 3D Modeler to collaborate remotely with one of our US clients, an architect focused on residential projects across California. What you will do

Build 3D architectural models based on 2D drawings and sketches provided by the client.
Model primarily residential exteriors, including single-family homes, luxury residences, ADUs, guest houses, and multifamily residential projects.
Prepare models suitable for client viewing and online navigation (orbiting and basic walkthroughs).
Maintain clean, well-organized model structure and layers.
Apply basic materials and entourage as needed for clarity (not ultra-photorealistic rendering).
Make revisions based on architect markups and feedback.
Collaborate closely with the architect to deliver accurate, efficient, and easy-to-understand models.

What you'll need to know

A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a 3D Modeler or Architectural Drafter.
Strong architectural understanding and residential modeling experience.
Proficiency in SketchUp.
Advanced English level.
Experience working on residential projects, including multifamily developments.
Ability to work in a practical, production-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback efficiently.
