About this job

Are you a Semi Senior Architect specialized in interiors with strong technical skills and solid experience working in Revit? Do you enjoy being involved throughout the full design process, with a particular focus on the Construction Documentation (CD) phase? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support a growing interior-focused firm based in Texas. This is a full-time, fully remote position, and availability to work during Central Time (CT) is required.

What you will do

Support interior architecture projects across all phases, with a strong focus on the CD phase.
Develop SD, DD, and CD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
Pick up and implement redlines during SD, DD, and CD phases.
Prepare permit sets to be submitted to local authorities.
Produce Construction Document sets to be issued to the General Contractor.
Work within Revit to develop accurate interior models and detailed documentation.
Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain high documentation standards and attention to detail.

What you'll need to know

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
Proven experience working on interior architecture / interior design projects.
Solid experience participating throughout the full project process, especially the CD phase.
Advanced proficiency in Revit.
Strong technical skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to follow client-specific documentation standards.
Clear, proactive, and consistent communication.
Advanced English level.

A great plus

Prior experience working on projects in Texas (super plus).
Experience using Enscape.
