We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architect Modeler to work remotely with our client, an architecture firm based in Florida, focused on design-driven residential and commercial projects. What you will do

Develop projects end-to-end (SD, DD, CD).
Develop and maintain high-quality architectural models in Rhino and Revit across different project stages.
Translate conceptual designs into accurate, well-organized 3D models and documentation-ready files.
Support the design team by producing clean, precise models aligned with project standards and design intent.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance across all digital models.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain clear communication within a high-performing team.
Continuously improve workflows and modeling efficiency using best practices in Rhino and Revit.

What you'll need to know

A degree in Architecture.
3+ years of experience in an architectural office, with a strong focus on architectural modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Revit (both required).
Strong understanding of architectural geometry, modeling accuracy, and digital coordination.
Advanced English level.
A driven, proactive, and high-performing mindset, with attention to detail and quality.

A great plus

Experience supporting design-heavy or concept-driven projects.
Experience working with U.S.-based architecture firms.
